The NOMA07 International Workshop on Nonlinear Maps and Applications
will be held on December 13-14, 2007 in Toulouse, France.
The conference is organized and hosted by the LATTIS (Laboratory of
Technology and System Engineering) and the
Institut National des
Sciences Appliquées,
Toulouse University, located in the south of
Toulouse, 15 km from the airport and 10 min from the city center.
Scientific topics:
In the field of Dynamical Systems, nonlinear iterative processes play
an important role. Nonlinear mappings can be direct models of many
systems in different domains, as Engineering, Economics, Biology, , or
they can be obtained via numerical methods permitting to solve
differential non linear equations. In both cases, the understanding of
specific behaviours and bifurcations is of the greatest interest. This
workshop wants to be opened to theoretical studies as well as
applicative ones. We hope that the exchanges between Mathematicians,
Physicists, Engineers, specialists in the field of Nonlinear Systems
will be very fruitful and will give rise to new developments.
We expect contributions in the fields of Biology, Economics,
Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications,.besides more fundamental
lectures. Also the double degree program between INSA Toulouse and the
University of Tokushima, which has been cooperated for over ten years,
is announced and discussed.
